“We heard our clubs and we've taken firm action,” commented ARLC chief Peter V'Landys.
“Unfortunately, there will persistently exist entities that attempt to hijack our code for monetary profit.
“They don't invest in development systems or the growth of talent. They merely capitalize on the hard work of others, endangering athletes of economic hardship while benefiting financially.
“Essentially, they are, imitating the sport.”
The organization is launched by former England World Cup winner Mike Tindall and supported by independent financiers.
After the prospective rugby union bans were revealed recently, it said: “We seek to cooperate together as integrated into the global rugby calendar.
“The series is structured with tailored timetables for male and female sides and we will allow all athletes for global fixtures, as included in their deals.”
The breakaway group will apply for endorsement for its plans from rugby union's governing body, rugby union's administrative organization, at its board session next year.
